Model FPH Hot Water Boiler

Conventional firetube construction in a water heater design. The FPW water heater offers 84% efficiency with reduced burner cycling, proven fire-tube reliability, simple installation, and easy access for servicing with its simple 4-piece design.

Options

All standard models are available in both 125 psi and 150 psi design pressures. All FPW water heaters are lined with either Precision Seal (PS) or Aluminum Silicate Cement (C), both of which are NSF-61 compliant.

  • Recovery ranges from 394 GPH to 3,032 GPH @ 100°F temperature rise
  • Dump loads range from 100 gallons to 1,500 gallons
  • Our two-part epoxy alternative to glass lining, Precision Seal, is suitable for storing water up to 180°F; it can be repaired in the field, unlike glass
  • PS-lined vessels include a five-year warranty; the last two years are pro-rated
  • Cement-lined vessels are suitable for higher temperature service, up to 250°F, and/or for tanks larger than 36 inches in diameter
  • Cement-lined vessels include a ten-year warranty; the last five years are prorated
